While 100s & 1000s is the colloquial name for this iconic topping, their origin goes back to the confectioners of Europe. The traditional French name is ‘Non Pareil’ which means, “Nothing can equal it”.
This product is perfect for all types of baking, from the classic 100s & 1000s biscuits to cupcakes, specialty theme cakes, ice cream and soft serve dessert toppings. And let’s not forget the all-time children’s birthday party favourite of Fairy Bread.
